In this mediation you move through Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit as living textures: grounding into steadiness, flowing into release, kindling your inner spark, opening to breath and possibility, and finally rising into the quiet, luminous center that holds them all. It’s a gentle, imaginal journey, inviting you back into harmony with the world around you and the world within.  

Lauren and Ashley will be providing Reiki, Sound Healing, Aroma Therapy and Color Therapy, along with restorative yoga poses, this meditation pulls together all the senses.
